Yes you can. We have a speed point machine and you are also welcome to make a transfer using your banking app too however WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH!

13. What do I do If an item doesn't fit me? Can I get an exchange to another size or another item?

Yes you are welcome to make an exchange to get another item. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.

14. I'm not sure where my parcel is but I have a tracking number and I've been waiting for a while. Who do I talk to?

We use Courier Guy for all our deliveries. You can track your parcel here using your tracking number.

15. How late is too late to exchange an item?

Immediately after you receive an item and learn that it doesn't fit you. The exchange process can take up to 3 working days. We cannot help you without a tracking number from you.

If an exchange item comes with dirt/odor/fabric softener, we will send it back to you.
