We do not offer refunds, no matter what the case may be.
Our exchange and returns policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- You are more than welcome to make an exchange of an item bought (NOT ON SALE) to any other item size or colour.
Make sure the item that needs to be exchanged it’s not torn and it’s still in good condition if not we will not exchange it.
We will come to you to collect the incorrect size and deliver the correct size at a charge of R200.
We advise you to try and get the correct size by sending us your picture so we can advise on size changes.
Make sure that the item being exchanged has no odor or any perfume.
Do not let 5 days pass without communicating with us that you will be making an exchange we will not help whatever the reason may be.
You are welcome to come by the store and make an exchange immediately you learn that the items doesn’t fit you.

- Note that you’ll pay R100 fee when sending it back to us and in order for us to send back a new item to you you will need to send us R100 to process a new order. If this is too much work for you and you are in Gauteng we can arrange a pick and drop delivery through private delivery vehicle.
To complete your return, we require YOUR ORDER NUMBER for proof of purchase.
